Description
Lo Neo is a wine made with white Grenache from vines over 40 years old and at an average altitude of 425 meters above sea level.
The manual harvest grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes to protect their integrity to the maximum.
When the grapes are still fresh, they are pressed and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel, which lasts for fifteen days and has a subsequent work of three months on its lees.
When it has reached its right point of volume, it is clarified and filtered for later bottling.
Lo Neo is a young and fresh wine. It is the easiest of the three to understand, and we are convinced, that it will bring us many joys.
It can perfectly accompany seafood and crustaceans, as well as white meat and Asian cuisine. Excellent as a glass of aperitif and bar.
