Fermented and aged in barrels. It comes from 75-year-old vines with a production per vine of less than 1.5 kg. It is harvested by hand, depositing it in boxes, just at its optimum point of maturity. Made entirely in new French and American oak barrels, controlling at all times that the fermentation temperature does not reach 19ºC. Batonnage method for at least 4 months.

Color amarillo paja-dorado brillante. En nariz es un vino rico y complejo en aromas. Destacan las flores arropadas por frutas blancas y una vez abierto, las notas tropicales y especiadas, así como aromas que provienen del roble, mezclados con sutiles notas de menta y miel. En boca destaca el equilibrio entre las frutas y los torrefactos junto con otras notas que provienen del roble. Untuoso y muy persistente.
