Red wine aged in oak.
Limited production of red wine, from our best vines and aged about 10 months in oak. The harvest is carried out in small boxes, selecting the best batches of grapes. Elaborated carefully, removing the must manually, in a traditional way. Once the fermentation is finished, it is deposited in new and semi-new French and American oak barrels, to begin the aging process. During it, for at least 4 months, it is stirred barrel by barrel, following the batonnage system. The aging process will continue until reaching its optimum point of aromas and desired flavor, passing, after gentle filtering, to the bottle.
Very bright cherry red. On the nose, we note ripe red fruits, in harmony with fine vanilla and balsamic touches. In the mouth it is intense, complex and rich. Shows tenacity and great personality.
