Description
Blend in grapes in the same tank. It is harvested by hand and transported in small boxes to guarantee the best handling conditions. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to achieve a more aromatic wine. In our vinifications, we use the “wild” yeasts of the grape itself to give it more differentiation and personality to the wine.
Wine young, different, irreverent, funny.
Very intense purple color. The combination of different varieties, complements the fruit, personality and flavors of Grenache, with the elegance and character of the syrah.
Aromatically very intense
In the mouth it is fleshy, structured, with a very balanced tannin and a clean and persistent taste of cherry and blackberry.
We prefer not to filter or clarify it to keep its personality intact.
