Description
Grapes from 30-year-old vines with low production. It is harvested by hand and transported in small boxes to guarantee the best handling conditions. Fermented in stainless steel at very low temperatures to achieve a more aromatic wine. In our vinifications, we use the “wild” yeasts of the grape itself to give it more differentiation and personality to the wine.

Golden white The Garnacha, harvested at the optimum point of maturity to give the characteristic personality of the variety. it complements the structure, strength, personality and flavors of the Grenache, with elegance, fruit and balance.
We prefer not to filter or clarify it to keep its personality intact
