Elaborated from old vines of 25 years, product of vines with medium-low production. It is collected by hand and its transport is carried out in small boxes for a better treatment of the main product, the grape. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and maceration for between one week and ten days. The pump-overs are combined manually and mechanically, to achieve a good extraction of aromas and color, avoiding herbaceous and vegetable notes. The blend takes place with grapes. Process that makes it characteristic and differentiating, converts and identifies the wine with a higher complexity and intensity.V
