Following the precepts of the lunar calendar, the first vintage was bottled on Holy Thursday, hence its name.
Completely handmade, we have tried to maintain the properties of the grape and the resulting wine, without using any type of contribution that does not contain the grape itself.
Obviously, with a respectful and pampered production, we have decided to bottle it without doing any clarification or filtration.
